Welcome to Andrea Neale Coaching
You already know what needs to change. You're not here because you need more information. You're here because knowing hasn't been enough — and you're ready for that to stop being true.I work with women who are self-aware, capable, and done with the gap between who they are and how they're actually living. Women who are ready to do the real work — honestly, consistently, and without excuses. If that's you, keep reading.

My approach
My coaching is direct, honest, and occasionally uncomfortable.I'll ask the question you weren't expecting. I'll notice the thing you glossed over. I'll hold you to what you said you wanted — especially when it's easier not to.This isn't a space for people-pleasing or going through the motions. It's a space for women who want to tell the truth about their lives and actually do something about it.We work with what's underneath — the values you've drifted from, the patterns keeping you stuck, the life you keep putting off. Then we build rhythms that fit your real capacity and hold you accountable to them.Warm, honest, no-nonsense coaching. For women who are genuinely ready.
Is this you?
This work is for you if:• You turn up on time, follow through, and do what you say you're going to do
• You're honest — with me, and with yourself
• You're ready to be held to a high standard, not just held
• You want transformation, not a better coping strategy
• You're ready to invest — your time, your energy, and a premium fee — in a coaching relationship that asks a lot and gives a lot back. This isn't the right fit if you're still deciding whether you want to change. There's no shame in that — but this work requires you to already know.

Who am I?
I'm Andrea Neale — a Certified Professional Coach. Sustainable wellbeing for women is where my passion and my deepest knowledge lives — but transformation doesn't stay in one lane, and neither do I.I work at depth. I ask the questions most people don't. I won't let you stay comfortable in a story that isn't serving you — and I won't pretend progress is happening when it isn't.My approach draws on values-based coaching, nervous system awareness, and an honest understanding of real-life capacity. But what I bring most is this: I know the difference between a woman who wants to change and a woman who is ready to. I only work with the latter.I'm also a wife, mum of two teenage boys, and a caregiver to my husband. Sustained pressure taught me more about resilience than any training programme — and it taught me that lasting change doesn't come from forcing harder. It comes from building a way of living that can actually hold you. That's what we build here.

Thriving in the Middle of Hard Things (available on Amazon) - This is my first book, written after my life as I knew it changed overnight — when I stepped into the role of caregiver for my husband following a serious medical emergency that left him with a disability. What followed was my own journey to discovering what I truly valued — and learning to actually live my life, not just survive it.Written through the lens of Psalm 23, it's a deeply honest and practical book for women who are tired of merely enduring and ready to start living differently — right in the middle of the hard. You don't need to be a Christian to find something true in these pages.
